Courses run Saturday 11-6.30 & Sunday 11.30-4   
 
This intensive and interactive course runs over 12 hours. Group sizes are  3-10 couples per course.
 
We will share information, techniques and practical tools in a relaxed and informal way with plenty of opportunity for discussion and everyone's questions. 
 
You will receive a course pack and hypnosis downloads in my familiar voice to use prior and during your labour and full telephone support until and after the birth of your baby.
